Hybrid Hot Air Crystallizer

STG series hybrid hot air dryers meet two drying needs

1 For mixing, homogenizing and drying of two or more plastic raw materials.

2 Used in some engineering plastics that are easy to agglomerate during the drying process.

Model capacity 100L-12000L

STG series hybrid hot air dryer equipment drying temperature is 60 °C-200 °C, small machine can be directly connected to the extruder, injection molding machine and other host inlet, after drying can quickly discharge materials, the overall process is shorter, reduce energy consumption.

STG series can be configured with remote control module to observe equipment operation status and power consumption online, monitor in real time, and predict faults in advance.

Drying barrel structure

STG series adopts double-layer insulation barrel with built-in aluminum silicate cotton. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, and the outer layer can be made of stainless steel or orange aluminum plate according to customer needs. The mixing blade adopts special blade-like blade, which effectively reduces the resistance and dust, and the material is fully mixed. The ratio of barrel height and diameter has been reasonably designed after many experiments to avoid dead angle of material flow and ensure that the material gets a sufficient and reasonable drying time.
Large view cleaning window

Convenient for subsequent cleaning, the cleaning door is equipped with a glass window, which can observe the inside of the barrel at any time, and the door fits closely with the barrel.
Sampling port
