CSG series pre-crystallization dehumidification dryer is composed of various models of STG series drying barrels and various models of DAG series drying hosts. This series of dehumidification dryer can automatically adjust the control parameters according to various temperature changes, such as material temperature, air temperature, etc., so as to achieve intelligent control, improve efficiency and save energy. The dew point of CSG series dehumidifier can reach -70°C, shorten the drying time, improve the drying efficiency, and the residual moisture content can be less than 20ppm.
CSG series is the first dryer with SCADA technology in China, remote control, adjustment of technical parameters according to the actual situation, online detection, and prediction of faults in advance.
The dew point switching technology of the CSG series can set different dew points according to the drying requirements of different materials to minimize energy consumption.
